| This beach house is located 86km. south of Lima, Perú. It is located on the beachwalk with a picturesque view towards rock outcroppings on either side of the beach. The home was conceived as a series of bungalows with a central main corridor meandering through the lot, ending with the kitchen and living area to the left and a terrace dining area facing the ocean. The finishes are tile, stucco and paint with wood trellises. The various levels along the central corridor create hierarchy and independence for the bedrooms as well as transitions on the way to the beach. The rooftop BBQ area and terrace, a later addition, provide an excellent night option for outdoor dining and connection with the town. |
