| Los Alamos has been an ongoing residential project meeting the changing needs of our client’s family. Our project originally consisted of moving the service area from the rear garden to the third floor, adding a new stair, master bedroom and bath and opening up the rear façade of the home to distant views. This initial phase also included living and dining room furniture and several kitchen modifications. The second phase grew the house to the front creating a new bedroom with a small incorporated sitting area and bathroom and a new entrance hall with a double height space. This project had a tight budget but we managed to fill it with lots of custom made furniture and unique thoughtful solutions. |
