| This project consists of a simple remodeling to an older home with beautiful ocean views. We redesigned the entrance stair and added a spectacular new laminated wood and steel railing. We remodeled the interior courtyard that is used almost every evening for family dinners and cookouts during the summer months. We added a BBQ and eating areas to it, and incorporated it to the existing kitchen for easier serving and clean-up. We also redid a bathroom and added a maid's room and laundry area. |
